Past Memories Album

This activity uses a photo album format to help students practise past tenses in a meaningful and visual context. Each slide shows photos with captions where students need to complete the sentences with the correct past tense forms, making it ideal for storytelling practice.

How to Use

1. Show students a slide from the album with photos and incomplete sentences.
2. Ask them to fill in the blanks with the correct past tense (Past Simple, Past Continuous, Past Perfect, or other narrative tenses).
3. Encourage students to read their completed captions aloud to practise speaking and pronunciation.
4. Discuss the stories behind the photos to build engagement and fluency.
5. Repeat with multiple slides to give students plenty of practice with different past tense forms.
